Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 2 June 2026

Welcome to IgnitingStocks.com (the “Website” or “Site”). These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Site, our momentum stock scanner, real-time alerts, research data, API and webhooks, and any related products, features and services we offer (together, the “Service”), operated by IgnitingStocks.com (“IgnitingStocks”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing, registering for, or using the Service — even by simply browsing the Site — you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

IMPORTANT — NOT FINANCIAL ADVICE. IgnitingStocks is a research and data tool only. Nothing we provide is investment, financial, legal, tax or accounting advice, or a recommendation, offer or solicitation to buy, sell or hold any security. Trading and investing carry a high risk of loss. See sections 11–13 below.

1. Definitions

  • “Account” — the account you create to access the Service.
  • “Alerts” — notifications we send (via app, desktop, email, webhook or other channels) identifying stocks that are moving, breaking out, or that our algorithm flags as likely to move.
  • “Content” — all data, scan results, alerts, research, news, text, graphics, software and other materials made available through the Service.
  • “Subscription” — a paid or free plan giving you access to the Service or parts of it.
  • “You” — the individual or entity accessing or using the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is true, current and complete.

3. The Service

IgnitingStocks is a momentum stock scanner that continuously screens U.S. (and, over time, other) equity markets and delivers real-time Alerts, research data and news to help you identify stocks in momentum. The Service may include, depending on your plan, app and desktop notifications, email alerts, extended-hours coverage, API access and webhooks.

We do not execute trades, hold client funds, or act as a broker, dealer, exchange or custodian. We are not your broker and have no access to your brokerage account. All trading decisions and transactions are made and carried out by you (or your chosen broker) entirely at your own discretion and risk.

The Alerts and Content are generated automatically and may rely on third-party data feeds. We do not, and cannot, guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, sequence or continued availability of any Alert or Content.

4. Accounts and Security

To use most features you must create an Account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your Account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use or security breach. You may not share, resell or make your Account available to others, or use another person’s Account. We may suspend or terminate Accounts that contain false information or are used in breach of these Terms.

5. Subscriptions, Pricing and Billing

The Service is offered on free and paid plans (currently including Free, Starter, Pro and Enterprise tiers), billed monthly or annually as shown on our pricing page at the time of purchase. Prices are stated exclusive of any applicable taxes (such as VAT), which you are responsible for paying where they apply.

  • Authorisation. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorise us (and our payment processors) to charge your payment method the applicable fees, including on each renewal.
  • Auto-renewal. Paid Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) at the then-current price, unless you cancel before the renewal date. You consent to these recurring charges.
  • Accurate payment details. You are responsible for keeping valid payment and contact details on file. If a payment fails, we may suspend or terminate your access.
  • Price changes. We may change our fees and plan features at any time. We will give reasonable advance notice of any increase that affects your renewal; the change takes effect at your next billing period, and continued use after that constitutes acceptance.

6. Free Plan and Trials

Free plans or trials are provided “as is” and may be modified, limited or withdrawn at any time without notice. We may restrict the features, data or number of Alerts available on free access.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your Subscription at any time from your Account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and access continues until then.

Except where required by law, all fees are non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial periods, unused Alerts, or failure to cancel before renewal. Refund requests may be considered at our sole discretion on a case-by-case basis.

UK/EU consumers: Nothing in this section affects any statutory cancellation or refund rights you may have. Where a 14-day cancellation right applies to digital services, you acknowledge that by starting to use the Service immediately you may lose that right once the Service has been fully supplied.

8. API, Webhooks and Acceptable Use

Where your plan includes API or webhook access, you must use it only in accordance with our documentation and any rate limits. You agree not to:

  • copy, scrape, mirror, resell, redistribute or commercially exploit the Service, Alerts or Content without our written consent;
  • access the Service by automated means beyond your authorised API, or circumvent any access, usage or security limits;
  • reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to derive the source code or algorithms of the Service;
  • introduce viruses or malicious code, or overburden, disrupt or attack our infrastructure;
  • use the Service unlawfully, including in breach of any securities laws, market-manipulation rules, or sanctions/export-control laws; or
  • use the Service to provide investment advice to third parties, or in any way that misrepresents your relationship with us.

We may monitor use, and suspend or terminate access for any suspected breach.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service and all Content, software, trademarks, branding and design are owned by IgnitingStocks or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for your own personal or internal business use, subject to these Terms. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. “IgnitingStocks” and our logos may not be used without our prior written consent.

10. Feedback

If you send us feedback, ideas or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use them for any purpose without obligation or compensation to you.

11. No Financial Advice — Your Responsibility

IgnitingStocks is not registered as, and does not act as, an investment adviser, broker-dealer, financial adviser or fund manager with the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), or any other regulator.

The Alerts, scan results, research data, news and all other Content are impersonal, automated and provided for informational and research purposes only. They are not tailored to your financial situation, objectives or risk tolerance and must not be relied upon as the sole basis for any investment decision. Nothing on the Service is, or should be construed as:

  • investment, financial, trading, legal, tax or accounting advice;
  • a recommendation, endorsement, offer or solicitation to buy, sell or hold any security; or
  • a promise or guarantee of any particular result, profit or performance.

You are solely responsible for your own due diligence, investment research and decisions, and for any profits or losses. You should consult a professional, licensed and qualified adviser before trading or investing. You alone bear all risk of, and responsibility for, the funds and trading strategies you choose to use.

12. Risk Disclosure

Trading and investing in securities — and especially in low-priced, low-float, small-cap or “penny” stocks and parabolic or momentum movers of the kind the Service may identify — carry a high degree of risk and can result in the rapid and total loss of your invested capital. Such securities can be highly volatile, illiquid, subject to large and sudden price swings, limited public information, and potential manipulation. Past performance and any examples or figures shown are not indicative of future results. Only trade with money you can afford to lose.

13. Testimonials and Performance Disclaimer

Any testimonials, reviews, example alerts, percentage gains or past results shown on the Site reflect individual experiences and specific market conditions. They are not typical, not verified as representative, and not a guarantee that you will achieve similar results. Your results will vary and may include losses.

14. Third-Party Data and Links

The Service relies on data, feeds and content from third-party providers and may contain links to third-party sites. We do not control, verify, endorse or guarantee any third-party data or site, and we are not responsible for their accuracy, availability or practices. Your use of third-party data and sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

15. “As Is” and Availability

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, or uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free operation. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements or that any Alert, data or result will be accurate, complete, timely or available. Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty or right that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IgnitingStocks and its directors, officers, employees, agents and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, trading losses or business, arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms, even if advised of the possibility.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you actually paid us for the Service in the three (3) months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) £100.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IgnitingStocks and its affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to your use of the Service, your trading or investment decisions, your Content or submissions, or your breach of these Terms or of any applicable law.

18. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the Service at any time, with or without notice, including for breach of these Terms or suspected unlawful use. On termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately and outstanding fees remain payable. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including 9–17, 19 and 21) will survive.

19. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may also revise these Terms from time to time; if a change is material we will take reasonable steps to notify you (for example, by posting the updated Terms with a new “Last updated” date or by email). Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

20. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and you and we submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you retain the benefit of any mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country of residence. Before commencing proceedings, you agree to first contact us to try to resolve any dispute informally.

21. General

  • Severability. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force, and the invalid provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.
  • Waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of it.
  • Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
  • Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
